USP (University Sports Program) is one of the most prestigious college placement agencies, trusted by college coaches nationwide. Since 1994, USP has helped over 1,800 student-athletes achieve life success through the college tennis pathway. It is a USP priority to match every student with the right college beyond tennis, where they will have a rewarding, life-long career. USP works with players from across the United States and around the world, who have competed on all levels of college tennis teams, from the top-ranked Power 5 ranked teams, to the smallest tennis programs. Every USP client is treated equally and it is one of USP’s priorities to strengthen its relationship with every college coach.

USP also hosts one of the biggest college tennis showcases of the year, the USP College Tennis Winter Showcase, which takes place in Naples, Florida in early December between the Eddie Herr and the Orange Bowl.

USP is looking for young people who would like to pursue a career in college tennis recruiting. Our offices are located in Miami, Florida and have over 30 employees worldwide. Everyone is passionate about their work and the impact it leaves in the lives of many young people.


USP counselors work with high school student-athletes guiding them through the recruitment process. Their responsibility goes beyond finding the right colleges, as it involves helping their students organize their recruitment, understanding the importance of this process, motivating them to work hard, keeping them focused, educating them about the process, to inspire them to do their best. , reduce the anxiety of the process, increase their confidence inside and outside the court, among many other aspects. USP counselors create a unique bond with their students.

Qualifications required

  • Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination.
  • As a leader of students involved in pursuing a college education, the candidate must understand and value the four-year college experience.
  • Be a team player with great communication skills
  • Be organized
  • Be willing to learn and enjoy teaching your students
